After reading all about the egg nutrients, here is a simple breakfast recipe for baked eggs done in about 10 minutes. To be considered a full meal, this recipe contains pesto, spinach and cheese. All you need is a glass of orange juice and you are all set for the day.

3 cup (100g) baby spinach , roughly chopped | 4 tbsp fresh pesto |
1/2cup (100ml) heavy or whipping cream | 1 tbsp finely grated cheese (gruyère or vegetarian alternative) |
4 medium eggs | 2 Glasses of fresh juice (optional) |
Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to about 390-400F (about 190-200C). Mix together the spinach, pesto, cream and some seasoning and put them in a ovenproof dishes. Add the grated cheese on top of the mixture and make 2 shallow holes for the eggs to sit. Break the eggs and pour them inside the holes. Put them inside the oven (middle) and wait for about 10 minutes or when you notice the yolk begins to harden.

One dish will provide plenty of nutrition for an average adult.
